We’re happy to help make your arrival smooth and stress-free. We can assist in arranging a trusted driver to pick you up from the Lisbon or Faro airport and bring you directly to the lodge. Just reach out to us with your travel details, and we’ll help coordinate everything for both your arrival and departure.

All experience levels are welcome — truly. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this retreat is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Modifications and variations will be offered throughout our yoga sessions, and you'll always be encouraged to listen to your body and honor your own pace.
The same goes for all other activities, from breathwork to journaling to mindful movement — no prior experience is required, just a willingness to explore. This retreat is about connection, not perfection.

Bring comfortable yoga clothes, layers for warm days and cool evenings, a swimsuit, sandals, sneakers, and a journal. Pack your yoga mat (if you want your own), toiletries, sunscreen, and any personal items you need. Optional water activities are available, so water shoes and a towel can be helpful.

The lodge provides yoga mats, props and equipment for adventure activities like kayaking and paddle boarding but feel free to bring your own.

Three nourishing vegetarian or vegan meals are provided each day— plus light snacks, tea, and coffee, are available always. Most dietary needs can be accommodated— let us know ahead of time. While lunch is included daily— you don’t have to participate if you’d enjoy the freedom to explore the local cafés, restaurants + unique flavors of the Algarve.

Yes. All activities are completely optional. You’re welcome to join as much or as little as you like — this retreat is about you. Whether you’re craving connection, rest, adventure, or stillness, you’ll have the space to choose what feels right in each moment.

Full payment for the retreat is due 60 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 60 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund, provided you do so at least 60 days before the retreat begins.
